Micro Learning

Micro learning: Ida Institute chose Fuse

“The modern learner wants micro learning (bite-sized) and the ability to share and contribute”, explains digital learning innovator Jamie Scott Owen, and adds, “we need systems that can do micro learning, social learning as well as formal learning”. In this short video, he lists the main reasons for choosing to partner with BLENDIT LEARNING and the next generation learning platform Fuse. Jamie Scott Owen now holds a position as Senior Learning Consultant within Digital Learning in Danske Bank.

Jamie Scott Owen also talks about the importance of making micro-content searchable and allowing organisations and learners to benefit from real knowledge sharing. This is not possible with traditional, old-school learning management systems, but in modern learning systems it is an essential feature to allow user to upload their own content and enable them to search on any device.
